1.Prepare a list of local companies around your hotel ,which is near by 20 kms in radious from your hotel.get contact details and email I'd of all that company.

2.always prepare yourself to find a event information in your city.in Bangalore there is a agri expo named KISAN SOUTH each year on tumkur road .there is so many business visitor all over from India comes to attend this expo.you can contact exhibitor companies and get a list of expected participate company.
Send a offer to all that company with offer.

3.Build your customer base with social media.make a Facebook page and post offer like "like our fb page and get extra 10% off"

4.make a membership card for regular customer and offer them extra discount.

5.Run a referral campaign like "refer your friend for 3 day stay and get your 1 day night stay for free"
